A Certificate of Attendance will be given to all participants at the registration desk.
Badges and Identification
Upon registration, each participant will receive a name badge to be worn at all times during the conference activities and social events. Failure to present your name badge will result in you being denied access to the meeting rooms. Invitations to social events will be collected on entry.
The Registration Desk will be open for participants in the Conference Centre on the following days and times:

Meeting Point/Message Board
A Meeting Point and Message Board will be located near the registration desk located in the Conference Centre.
Each conference room is equipped with an LCD projector and a connected computer. the presentation software is Microsoft Power-Point. A special preview room will be provided for speakers and delegates to review their presentations.
All posters will be exhibited from Monday 26th August at 9:00 until Thursday 1st September at 18:00.
Assistance will be provided to set up posters on Sunday, August 25th between 14:00 and 20:00 and Monday August 26th between 8:00 and 10:00.
A dedicated poster presentation session will take place on Monday 26th August from 18:00 to 21:00, with dinner available during the session.
During the poster sessions, one of the authors is requested to be present by her/his poster.
PDF files of presented papers will be available for downloading on www.eaap.org. The EAAP website will enable delegates to obtain more detailed information about work being presented at the meeting than is available in the Book of Abstracts. A password will be required, which will only be communicated to registered participants.
