Letter of invitation to the presenting author of an accepted abstract:
An invitation letter will be sent upon request, provided that you are identified as presenting author for an accepted abstract. Please send proof of abstract acceptance (at least abstract number + your first and last name and affiliation) to email@example.com.
Acknowledgment of registration to the meeting:
An acknowledgment of registration to the meeting will be sent upon request, provided that you are indeed registered to the meeting and that we have received your registration fees. Please send proof of registration to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The above mentioned documents will not imply any obligation, financial or otherwise, by the organising committee.
