Abstract submission is now closed: submission of new abstracts is no longer possible. 

Authors of submitted abstracts can handle their abstract on the Wageningen Accademic Publishers website.

The abstracts are currently being processed by the EAAP scientific committee. Authors will be informed by mid April 2013 whether their abstracts have been accepted for presentation during the meeting.

Please be aware that authors whose abstracts were accepted but fail to register for the Conference by June 1st 2013, will have their presentations rejected and abstracts will not be inserted in the Book of Abstracts.
Authors of accepted abstracts are strongly encouraged to register as soon as possible, preferably no later than early May, in order to accommodate possible delays in registration and payments, particularly if you pay by other means than credit card.
